De LED Octostrip MKII is de opvolger van de populaire Octostrip. Deze set is volledig Plug en Play, en bestaat uit 8 ledstrips, een controller en XLR-verlengkabels van 5 meter. De nieuwe LED Octostrip MKII kan de 8 afzonderlijke RGB-secties van elke strip besturen, met bijbehorende dimmer- en stroboscoopinstellingen. De controller ondersteunt het Art-Net-protocol waardoor het apparaat in volledige RGB-stand (192 kanalen) kan worden gebruikt. De Octostrip heeft vernieuwde kleurvoorinstellingen en ingebouwde kleur-flows voor zowel horizontaal als verticaal gebruik. Deze zijn te bedienen via DMX (met 6, 8, 14, 24, 26, 50, 96, 112, 192 of 208 kanalen). Doordat het hardwareontwerp hetzelfde is gebleven, is de Octostrip MKII goed te combineren met zijn voorganger. In dat geval is het echter niet aan te raden om de beide versies van het apparaat in de automatische stand te gebruiken, omdat de ingebouwde programma's verschillen. de 6-kanaalsstand heeft dezelfde DMX-kanaalinstellingen voor het besturen van beide sets in een setup.
